FAQ7：What's the lead time?Usually, If the order is our design, it'll take around 8-10 days to produce it, and if the order is your design, then it will takes more extra two to three days. Even you'reonly asking some samples, we also need the same time, because we not keep stock at all, all the product we send you are totally new FAQ8：If the product we make have quality problem, how to solve it?First we need to confirm whether if it's our quality problem. Usually, we need you to make some clears photos of the product, and tell us how many piece have quality issue. If the quantity is small, then we can ship you new one for replacement. If the quantity is big, we need you to ship them back to us, and we'll make new one for you or just simply send back the money to you. FAQ9：Can you give free samples?Yes we can give the free samples, and about the shipping fee, we hope you can pay for us, it's not too much. But it means a lot to us. Thanks.And in future, if you have placed the orders to us, we can send back the sample shipping money to you. FAQ10：How you ship the product, and how many days it takes?Usually, we ship the goods by UPS, DHL, EMS etc. It depends on you. Please do note that all price we give is ex-work price, it means that the price is not include the shipping fee. So you need to pay for it. And we can have different shipping option, we'll try to get the best one for you, with good price and acceptable delivery time. If you agree with that, then we'll make the PI for you with shipping fee. After you pay and we have finished production, we'll shipping the goods on time according to the shipping method we show at the PI. Usually, the delivery time is 4 days to 15 days, it depends on which shipping method we're going to take. Once we finish the shipping, we'll send you the tracking number for you to follow. And then we wrap around the big bag with bubble bag and put them in a outer carton. In finial, we'll wrap around the outer carton with tape. FAQ12：How to pay the money?Now we accept the Paypal/West Union/Bank/FAQ13: Are the product pictures are the same with real product?Yes, for most of the pictures we put on our website, are took by our photographer, especially the white or black background photos. Because of the metal jewleryhave reflect light, so the product in real will be more good looking and more sparkle, due to the reflect like, we have to use Photoshop some time, but we promiss that the reason why we using PS is to make the photos look more like the real one. They'll take the heavy one, and consier it's the weight should be charge. and no mater by UPS or DHL or EMS, the minimum weight is 0.5kg, it means that even the package is less than 0.5kg, they still need to charge it same price with 0.5kg. when our package is 1.1kg,they'll charge us 1.5kg. etc. So what I means is, you can try to order some more quantitly to save the cost, or order together with some other designs.
